Create a woodland fairy house (keepsake box), a mermaid grotto, or a hanging jellyfish

-Projects will go home at the end of the party and may still be wet with glue.

Fee: $495*

Fee includes up to 15 guests, including the birthday child

 -Each additional guest adds +$20,

Headcount: maximum participating guests is 20

 -Maximum number of people onsite is 40 (guests, parents, siblings)

What's Included -Exclusive use of our Studio A space (main party room and a waiting area)​ -Your choice of activity from our selection of options led by Total Arts! staff -Decorations in the party room and tableware for party guests -A custom invitation to use as you wish (to post, share, or print) -A collaborative art project, created by the party guests, for the birthday child to bring home​

Add-ons: -Pizza Party Package: $125 for up to 12 guests, $200 for 13+guests     Cheese pizza, water, juice, ice cream for party guests -Additional guests: +$20 -Custom color combo for decorations & tableware: +$50 -Custom art project or activity: +$50-$75

Food & drinks: -You may bring in cake and/or cupcakes, ice cream, drinks, and snacks   -Drinks must be individual servings (eg. juice boxes, water bottles)   -Snacks much be in pre-packaged individual servings   -We can store ice cream until it is time to serve it -Please do not bring in any additional food **If you want pizza at your party please request the Pizza Party Package  -Total Arts! will provide tableware  for party guests (tablecloths, plates, napkins, and cutlery). -The host family provides tableware for additional people onsite

Asking for ideas for projects for a Total Arts birthday party

Party Notes & Policies -The base fee includes up to 15 guests, including the birthday child​ -Maximum 20 participants -Additional guests incur an additional fee of +$20 each -Exclusive use of our Studio A space includes two rooms: a large party room for food and activities plus a smaller waiting area -There are two single use restrooms in the main party room area -We are fully wheelchair accessible The host family may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up any additional decorations, cake, drinks, etc. -Doors will open for guests 5 minutes before the party start time -The space should be fully vacated within 15 min of the end of the party -There will be a $50 fee for parties that go over their scheduled timeframe -Total Arts! takes care of cleaning up the party area. You just need to grab your things and go once the party is done! Dress for mess! -We will provide smocks for messy projects but we cannot guarantee children will remain clean -Total Arts! is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at booking. If you cancel the party more than 3 weeks prior then this deposit will be placed in your account as a full credit for up to one year. It is good for anyone in your family. -There is no refund or credit issued if you cancel within 3 weeks of your scheduled party date -The balance is due 24 hours before your party date -There are no refunds for guests who do not show up​​
