If your child is turning 5...
If most of the party guests are under 5 years old please choose a Family Party for age-appropriate activities. Adults are expected to stay onsite.
If most of your party guests will be 5 & up you may choose a Classic, Premium, or Deluxe Party option. Guests can be dropped off.
We cannot hold a party date without a non-refundable deposit.

Party guests
"Party guests" include the birthday child and invited guests who participate in the Total Arts activities.
Family members, parents of guests, non-participating siblings, etc. are NOT included in this count and are welcome to stay onsite in our front room.
NOTE: For parties with 20 or more participants, additional people onsite may need to be limited to a handful of friends & family members. Maximum # in our space for a birthday party is 40 people.
Party dates & deposits
Your party date is not secured until the deposit has been received.
We cannot hold a date without a deposit.
We generally book out several months in advance so we do recommend securing your date.
Activities & other details can be worked out after your date is secured.
The birthday deposit is non-refundable, but it can be used towards a future Total Arts! event.
Media Use
Please let us know if someone at your party does not wish for their child to be photographed or recorded.
While we often use photos and video from parties & events on our website, promotional materials, and social media we will never identify anyone without express permission to do so.
Overall, the experience, the customer service & communications, the happiness of the kids - all were 10/10. I look forward to more projects with Total Arts!!!!

I enjoyed being able to chat with parents & guests in a setting where we weren't fighting to be heard over loud music and extra noise. It was a much nicer environment than other parties we've been to.
