In "Draw, Paint, & Illustrate", students will move through artistic discovery, working towards creating a final illustrated project. Fall Session: Sept 15 - Nov 10 (No class Oct 13) Write & illustrate a short story (cartoon, graphic novel, etc.) Winter Session: Nov 17 - Jan 26 (No class Dec 22, 29, Jan 19) Character development Spring Session 1: Feb 2-Mar 30 (No class Feb 16) Focus: Still Life Exploration Forms & Shapes. Fruits & Flowers. ​Perfect for the student who loves to sing & dance, this is a great introduction to musical theater and performance in a supportive environment. -Students will explore vocal performance techniques, learn dance choreography, and create simple sets & props for a final end-of-session showcase. *NOTE: Students will be placed into groups based on previous experience and demonstrated ability during the first week of class. Expectations will be based on these groupings. ​-The end-of session showcase for family & friends is during the final class of the session.
