Take your party to our new immersive art room for a unique art experience! Guests will literally paint the walls & items in the room based on the current themed installation.
Time includes approx. 30 minutes in the immersive room plus approx. 20-30 minutes to create a take-home craft.
NOTES: This option is only available during specific times of year based on our immersive art installment schedule.
*This can be a VERY messy experience! Smocks will be provided, and we use water-based paints which should be washable, but please encourage guests to dress for mess as we cannot guarantee there will be no damage to clothing.
Fee: $375
Fee includes up to 10 guests, including the birthday child
-Each additional guest adds +$15
Headcount: maximum participating guests is 15
-It is expected that a few adults will be in the immersive space with party guests for this age group but we cannot necessarily accommodate all adults plus guests unless we split the guests into two groups for the immersive portion of the party.
-Maximum number of people onsite is 40 (guests, parents, siblings)

What's Included -Exclusive use of our Studio A space (main party room and a waiting area) and the immersive art room -Approximately 30 minutes in the immersive room and 30 minutes for a take-home craft -Decorations in the party room and tableware for party guests -A custom invitation to use as you wish (to post, share, or print) -A collaborative art project, created by the party guests, for the birthday child to bring home
Add-ons: -Hand painted birthday banner $50 -Pizza Party Package: $125 for up to 15 guests. Includes cheese pizza, water, juice, ice cream for party guests -Additional guests: +$15 each -Custom color combo for decorations & tableware: +$50 -Custom mixed media art project: +$50
Food & drinks: -You may bring in cake and/or cupcakes, ice cream, drinks, and snacks -Drinks must be individual servings (eg. juice boxes, water bottles) -Snacks much be in pre-packaged individual servings -We can store ice cream during the party until it is time to serve it -Please do not bring in any additional food **If you want pizza at your party please request the Pizza Party Package -Total Arts will provide tableware for party guests (tablecloths, plates, napkins, and cutlery). -The host family provides tableware for additional people onsite
Party Notes & Policies -The base fee includes up to 10 guests, including the birthday child -Maximum 15 participants -Additional guests incur an additional fee of +$15 each -Exclusive use of our Studio A space includes two rooms: a large party room for food and activities plus a smaller waiting area -There are two single use restrooms in the main party room area -We are fully wheelchair accessible The host family may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up any additional decorations, cake, drinks, etc. -Doors will open for guests 5 minutes before the party start time -The space should be fully vacated within 15 min of the end of the party -There will be a $50 fee for parties that go over their scheduled timeframe -Total Arts! takes care of cleaning up the party area. You just need to grab your things and go once the party is done! Dress for mess! -We will provide smocks for messy projects but we cannot guarantee children will remain clean -Total Arts! is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at booking. If you cancel the party more than 3 weeks prior then this deposit will be placed in your account as a full credit for up to one year. It is good for anyone in your family. -There is no refund or credit issued if you cancel within 3 weeks of your scheduled party date -The balance is due 24 hours before your party date -There are no refunds for guests who do not show up

While our parties are usually on weekends, for this age group we may be able to do a week-day immersive art party experience during traditional school hours. Contact us about this option.
