Book your braids, rent our space - we set up & clean up!

Duration: Based on chosen braids and number of guests.
Expect a solid 2 hours. Party length must not exceed 3 hours.
Cost: Your total cost includes The Braiding Mamas fee PLUS your Total Arts Package fee and will be based on your selected option for both.

OPTION 1: Space Rental Total Arts will: -Provide exclusive use of our main party room and a space for parents to stay onsite -Set up tables & chairs for food, & activities, and provide a space for The Braiding Mamas -Make sure that the single use restrooms onsite are clean and fully stocked -Have 1-2 staff onsite to trouble shoot and oversee the use of the space -Clean up after the party The host family: -May arrive 30 minutes in advance to set up decorations -Provides table settings, plates, napkins, cutlery -Runs activities while guests are waiting for their braiding turn (NOTE: These activities must be pre-approved by TA) -Provides food and drinks for party guests (NOTE: TA will provide guidelines for what to bring & not to bring) -Is ultimately responsible for the behavior of all guests, siblings, and adults onsite during the party -Gathers up their belongings and be out of TA no more than 15 minutes after the end of the party $125/hr 2-hour minimum 3-hour maximum This fee does not include The Braiding Mamas packages. -There is a $50 fee for going more than 15 minutes past your party time
OPTION 2: Decoration Package Total Arts will: -Provide exclusive use of our main party room and a space for parents to stay onsite -Decorate the party area with the color combo chosen from our list of options -Provide table settings for the party guests in the chosen color combo (tablecloths, plates, napkins, cutlery) -Set up tables & chairs for food, & activities, and provide a space for The Braiding Mamas -Make sure that the single use restrooms onsite are clean and fully stocked -Have 1-2 staff onsite to trouble shoot and oversee the use of the space -Clean up after the party The host family: -May arrive 30 minutes in advance to set up any additional decorations -Runs activities while guests are waiting for their braiding turn (NOTE: These activities must be pre-approved by TA) -Provides food and drinks for party guests (NOTE: TA will provide guidelines for what to bring & not to bring) -Is ultimately responsible for the behavior of all guests, siblings, and adults onsite during the party -Gathers up their belongings and be out of TA no more than 15 minutes after the end of the party $175/hr 2-hour minimum 3-hour maximum This fee does not include The Braiding Mamas packages. -There is a $50 fee for going more than 15 minutes past your party time

OPTION 4: The Works Total Arts will: -Offer exclusive use of our main party room and a space for parents to stay onsite -Set up tables & chairs for food & activities, and provide a space for The Braiding Mamas -Decorate the party area with the color combo chosen from our list of options -Provide table settings for the party guests in the chosen color combo (tablecloths, plates, napkins, cutlery) -Have 1-2 staff onsite to trouble shoot, oversee the use of the space, and lead the chosen activity -TA will clean up after the party The host family: -can arrive 30 minutes in advance to set up decorations -provides food and drinks for party guests (NOTE: TA will provide guidelines for what to bring & not to bring) -gathers up their belongings and will be out of TA no more than 15 minutes after the end of the party $275/hr depending on the chosen activity 2-hour minimum 3-hour maximum -Fee includes up to 15 guests -Each additional guest is +$20 This fee does not include The Braiding Mamas packages. -There is a $50 fee for going more than 15 minutes past your party time

Food & drinks: -You may bring in cake and/or cupcakes, ice cream, drinks, and snacks -Drinks must be individual servings (eg. juice boxes, water bottles) -Snacks much be in pre-packaged individual servings -We can store ice cream during the party until it is time to serve it -Please do not bring in any additional food **If you want pizza at your party please request the Pizza Party Package -In the packages with decorations, Total Arts will provide tableware for party guests (tablecloths, plates, napkins, and cutlery). -The host family provides tableware for additional people onsite
Party Notes & Policies -Exclusive use of our Studio space includes two rooms: a large party room for food and activities plus a connected waiting area -There are two single use restrooms in the main party room area -We are wheelchair accessible The host family may arrive up to 30 minutes early to set up decorations, cake, drinks, etc. -Doors will open for guests 5 minutes before the party start time -The space should be fully vacated within 15 min of the end of the party -There will be a $50 fee for parties that go over their scheduled timeframe -Total Arts! takes care of cleaning up the party area. You just need to grab your things and go once the party is done! Dress for mess! -We will provide smocks for messy projects but we cannot guarantee children will remain clean -Total Arts! is not responsible for stained or damaged clothing A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due at booking a Braiding Mamas party. If you cancel the party more than 3 weeks prior then this deposit will be placed in your account as a full credit for up to one year. It is good for anyone in your family. -There is no refund or credit issued if you cancel within 3 weeks of your scheduled party date -The balance is due 24 hours before your party date -There are no refunds for guests who do not show up
