Stephanie Boisvert

Musical Theater Workshop Instructor

Stephanie is Director of BoSoma School of Dance and a member of the BoSoma Dance Company. Through the BDC Stephanie has had the opportunity to perform in a variety of festivals, events, and concerts in and around Boston and in the greater New England community. She has participated in the New England Arts for Literacy program, conducting workshops in schools around the state, and she established the Dance Program at the Salem Academy Charter School. Stephanie instructs all levels of dance at BSD in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and musical theater and is excited to develop and lead a Musical Theater workshop for Total Arts! Amy Giammarco-Moquin

Vocal Performance Workshop Instructor

Amy is a founder of Total Arts! Creative Arts Workshops and an accomplished vocalist. She has competed in local competitions and high-profile events such as Stars Over Boston, Community Auditions, and the Talent Quest TV show. She has served as a judge for vocal events and competitions, and can be heard singing at local venues, events, and fundraisers in and around Boston's North Shore. Amy brings a wealth of experience to the Vocal Performance workshop from both sides of the microphone and is excited to share her knowledge and experience with young vocalists and help them build their skills and self-confidence as performers.

Heather MacBeath

Art Foundations Workshop Instructor

Heather is pursuing a BFA in Studio Art: 2D at Endicott College in Beverly, MA and she is the primary artist for Mile 54 Fine Art Studio, creating custom works of art in pencil, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic, and oil. Her work has won awards in local events including Endicott's Climate Change Art Contest and their invitational art exhibit, and she was given the unique opportunity to create a temporary large-scale work of wall art using only painter's tape! Heather is thrilled to bring a foundational art class to the Tween Week this summer and looks forward to sharing her passion for art with the group. Pattie Hunter

Irish Step Workshop Curriculum Coordinator

Pattie is the lead Irish Step teacher at BoSoma School of Dance in Hamilton, MA and the Mass Motion Dance studios. She is an award winning champion dancer who has successfully competed both nationally and internationally, including the All World Championships held in Galway, Ireland. Pattie is a certified T.C.R.G. and a member of the Irish Dance Teachers Association of New England, the Irish Dance Teachers Association of North America and An Coimisiun le Rinci Gaelacha in Dublin, Ireland. She was delighted to create an exciting Irish Step workshop curriculum for our Total Arts! summer program that will be led by two of her current Senior Advanced students, Meghan MacBeath and Taryn Moquin.

Meghan MacBeath

Irish Step Workshop Instructor

Meghan recently graduated from the Advanced Irish Step program at BoSoma School of Dance in Hamilton, MA where she has been an active member of the Senior Advanced Youth Company, an assistant teacher for the past 4 years, and most recently substituting as lead teacher. Meghan is a freelance artist for Mile 54 Fine Art Studio, particularly for ink & watercolor and impressionistic paintings. She will be pursuing a double major in Architecture and Dance at Mount Holyoke College in the fall. Meghan is excited to be co-teaching Pattie's Irish Step program. Taryn Moquin

Irish Step Workshop Instructor

Taryn is in the Advanced Irish Step program at BoSoma School of Dance in Hamilton, MA. She is an active member of the Senior Advanced Youth Company and participates in every dance style offered at the Hamilton studio. Over the past several years she has been an assistant teacher at BSD in a number of different classes. Taryn is excited to be bringing Pattie's Irish Step program to the Tween Week workshop this summer. Erin Jones

Mixed Media Workshop Instructor

Erin is pursuing a major in Psychology with a minor in Education at Endicott College in Beverly, MA. She has several years of experience working with children from ages 2-13 in child-care settings, leading day trips, and as a teaching assistant for a remote summer learning program. Erin was very involved in her art program in high school and is bringing some new and creative ideas to our Mixed Media workshop. She will be working with our other summer intern, Caitlyn King, and is an important part of our planning and implementation of the summer program for all age groups.

Caitlin King

Mixed Media Workshop Instructor

Caitlin is pursuing a major in Art Therapy at Endicott College in Beverly, MA. She has worked with children and adults of all ages, leading regular art and craft projects in a range of settings, from day schools to assisted living facilities. She has acted as a birthday party host and helped coordinate a variety of group events. Caitlin will be co-leading the Mixed Media workshop with our other summer intern, Erin Jones, and is helping us plan and run several of our other summer workshops this year.

Michele MacBeath

Art Project Coordinator/Instructor

Michele is a founder of Total Arts! Creative Arts Workshops and owner of its parent company Mile 54 Fine Art Studio, which creates custom works of art and now offers original art for sale by local artists. In 2015 she developed and led an Arts Sampler summer program for ages 3-5 which grew into what is now Total Arts! Michele homeschooled her 3 children for many years, leading groups and cop-ops in a variety of subjects, particularly in the arts. She has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Speech-Language Pathology and has worked with children and adults of all ages. Michele is excited to add an art component to both the Irish Step and Musical Theater Tween Week workshops this summer.
